By accessing or using CRM.io you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
CRM.io is a customer relationship platform offering contact and deal management, tasks, campaigns, automations, telephony, AI agents, reporting, and related capabilities. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
Do not use CRM.io to send spam, harass recipients, violate applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR), upload malware, or scrape the platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled per the plan you selected. Taxes may apply based on your billing region.
6. Intellectual Property
Your data is yours. The CRM.io platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our property. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
CRM.io is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
